Mondays are Dark

Reasons to Party
The Miami Theatre Examiner reports that GableStage will have a big season kick-off party on October 24. It's a fundraiser to benefit their educational programming.

Down the Rabbit Hole
The Miami Theatre Examiner also tells us about the next children's show at Actors' Playhouse; a musical adaptation of Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland that opens October 15.

TheatreMania for October
TheatreMania does its rundown on Florida openings, but a lot of it is here in South Florida.

More Season Openers
BroadwayWorld.com's Beau Higgins covers the opening shows for Palm Beach DramaWorks and New Theatre.

24 Hours
You still have more than 24 hours left to buy tickets to Naked Stage's 3rd annual 24 Hour Theatre Festival on October 12. Don't blow it like you did for the Free Night of Theatre. Get them NOW.

But if that's too far a drive, then get your tickets to Florida Stage's The Laramie Project:10 Years Later. Seating is limited, so get your tickets now.

Wayne's World
Wayne Legette goes to the Bahamas, and makes a splash.

Meanwhile..
...the Coconut Grove Playhouse is still closed.
